Version 20.4.0 (iOS)—March 2021
What's new in this release?
- CallKit Hold Support Added to Allow Users to Put a VidyoConnect or Cell Call on Hold When Receiving Another Call
- This release adds support for CallKit hold. With CallKit hold, users can put a VidyoConnect call on hold while they receive a cellular call (or vice versa), and switch between the calls as needed.
- Prior to this release, users could only be in one call at a time. Therefore, if a user was in a VidyoConnect call on their mobile device and received a cellular call (or vice versa), they would have to hang up one call in order to receive the other.
