This section lists the recommended platform, browser, equipment, and VidyoPortal compatibility with the VidyoConnect desktop app.

Platform compatibility

We recommend:

• Windows: Last two released versions
• macOS: Last two released versions

You may be able to install and use our apps on older versions, but your experience may be compromised. We test and optimize our apps for the latest two versions of the operating systems to ensure we leverage the most recent updates and security patches.

Browser compatibility

We recommend:

• Google Chrome: Last two released versions
• Microsoft Edge: Last two released versions
• Safari: Last two released versions

Equipment compatibility
