Version 22.5.0—November 2022
What's new in this release?
- Support for macOS 13 Ventura
- We have added support to VidyoConnect for Desktop for macOS 13 Ventura.
- You can use the Continuity Camera feature to use your iPhone as a webcam when using VidyoConnect for Desktop on macOS Ventura.
- Invitation rights for the tenant admin are now the same as the room owner
- Since the tenant admin supersedes the room owner we have expanded the invitation rights for tenant admins to match those of room owners.
- This feature is activated by default and requires no setup.
- Customize guest upgrade location
- We are adding support to choose the location your guest users get updates from.
- Starting with 22.5.0, your guest users will automatically be updated using the version you have uploaded on your tenant.
- If you want your guests to update using the default location that we (Vidyo) host, you can choose to do so using the custom portal parameter “UpdateGuestsFromFallback”.
