When using macOS Safari, the inbound and outbound audio may sometimes stop working after several transfers to and from breakout rooms.

If this occurs, try switching microphones to re-establish the audio.

VIDVCW-508

When using Chrome on an Android device, the received audio may be low after disconnecting a Bluetooth headset during an active call.

This issue has been investigated and has been determined to be a bug with Chrome. If this occurs, rejoin the conference.

When using Chrome on an Android device, the audio may continue from the built-in audio device after connecting a Bluetooth headset during an active call.

This issue has been investigated and has been determined to be a bug with Chrome on Android. If this occurs, try reselecting the microphones again or rejoin the conference.
