End of Standard Support Announcement: VidyoDesktop and VidyoMobile

Enghouse Vidyo announces the End of Standard Support for VidyoDesktop™ (Windows® and Mac®) and VidyoMobile™ (Android™ and iOS) and will provide support for these offerings as follows:
- VidyoDesktop - July 31, 2022 (End of Standard Service and Support)
- VidyoMobile - July 31, 2022 (End of Standard Service and Support)
How will this impact me?
VidyoDesktop
Customers who currently use VidyoDesktop on the cloud can transition to the VidyoConnect desktop app on July 31, 2022, at no cost. For customers who are eager to transition to VidyoConnect before July, Enghouse Vidyo is happy to help you migrate at any time. Please email vidyo.support@enghouse.com.
VidyoMobile
As an alternative to the VidyoMobile app, we recommend you download the VidyoConnect mobile app for free from either the Google Play Store for Android devices or the App Store for iOS devices.
