How do I migrate from Vidyo.io to VidyoPlatform?
To ensure a smooth transition from Vidyo.io to VidyoPlatform, Enghouse has developed this migration process for our customers.
What are the key dates?
Enghouse Vidyo will provide support for this offering as follows:
- Last Time Buy - May 30, 2022. Remaining minutes on your Vidyo.io account will be transferred to your new VidyoPlatform tenant at the time of transition.
- End of Standard Support - July 31, 2022
