End of Software Maintenance: VidyoPortal Anchor Version 21.6.x

Vidyo announces the End of Software Maintenance for VidyoPortal Anchor Version 21.6.x. Vidyo will continue to provide support for this product as follows:

  • End of Software Maintenance - February 28, 2025
  • End of Service and Support - December 31, 2025

Enghouse Vidyo plans to announce a new VidyoPortal Anchor release at a later time.

Why is this change necessary?

VidyoPortal Anchor version 21.6.x was released in January 2022. Since then, we have introduced numerous security updates, features, and other infrastructure and endpoint releases. For long-term maintenance support, continued compatibility, and the utmost security, we highly recommend upgrading to the latest Anchor version.

How will this impact me?

This change impacts only on-premises customers using VidyoPortal version 21.6.x. It does not impact cloud customers, nor does it impact on-premises customers using other VidyoPortal versions.

If you are an on-premises customer using VidyoPortal version 21.6.x, you should upgrade to VidyoPortal Anchor version 22.4.x by February 28, 2025 to keep receiving maintenance and security updates. To obtain this version, simply download it here.
