Configure the WiFi settings. |
|
The vCLINiC supports WiFi with 802.11n and 802.11ac speeds, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bandwidth, and the WPA2 security protocol. If you want to use WiFi with your Iron Bow vCLINiC, you must first have a wired connection in order to reach the Admin UI. Once you have accessed the Admin UI, you can then use the steps in the section to configure WiFi for your vCLINiC. (To enable WiFi, click the 'Enable WiFi' option, then enter the SSID. Then, enter a password and click Save.) You must also ensure that the antennas are installed according to the Iron Bow vCLINiC Installation and User Guide. Lastly, if you change the WiFi configuration, the system will continue to remember the original setting. For example, if you initially set the WiFi network to Vidyo1 and then change it to vCLINiC1, the system remembers both and can connect to either (and you cannot delete the original setting). |
Configure the audio settings. |
Refer to Configuring the Audio Settings in the VidyoConnect Room and VidyoRoom Administrator Guide. |
None. Follow the steps as described in the section. |
Configure the advanced Phoenix settings. |

Follow the steps as described in the section. Although not configured via the Settings > Video tab, the vCLINiC has a useful video feature called low-light mode (a.k.a., day/night mode) for vCLINiC users who use the standard VDO360 camera. To enable low-light mode, press the Manage button and then press *01 on the infrared remote control when you’re not in a call and not using the OnScreen UI. To disable low-light mode, press the Manage button and then press *02. For example, if you’re in a room with a patient, you may want to enable or disable this mode when the overhead lights in the room are turned on or off. |

Other providers may have the INOGENI built-in the vCLINiC for content share from other medical devices/computes using an HDMI cable. |
