12. Manage Tenant Admin room systems

The Room Systems page lists all your VidyoRoom systems. If a VidyoRoom has been offline for more than five days, it will not display on the list. If the list of VidyoRoom systems goes beyond one page, you can easily select another page using the controls at the bottom of the screen.

Access Tenant Admin room systems

To access room systems:

1. Log in to the Admin portal using your Admin account. . The Users page displays by default.
2. Click the Room Systems tab. View information about each of the VidyoRoom systems:
• Display Name: The descriptive name given to the VidyoRoom when it was installed.
• IP Address: The IP address assigned to the VidyoRoom.
• Status: Whether the VidyoRoom is Up (online) or Down (offline).
3. Click on the IP address of the VidyoRoom to access the Admin UI for that system if you want to change any of the settings.
4. The Log In page for the room system opens in a new browser window if the room system is up and running.
