Vidyo Anchor Release Compatibility Matrix
This matrix lists the Anchor releases for each Vidyo infrastructure and endpoint component. Anchor releases are optimal for customers who place the highest value on stability and long-term support with minimal changes. For more information about Anchor and Non-Anchor releases, refer to the the Vidyo Software Maintenance Policy.
The information in this Anchor Release compatibility matrix pertains both to cloud-only customers and to customers who have an on-premises installation of Vidyo products:
- If you are a cloud-only customer, Vidyo will upgrade your software as needed to ensure that you are using the latest Anchor release as well as to ensure that cross-product compatibility is maintained.
- If you are an on-premises customer, use the information in the table below as guidance when upgrading. We also highly recommend that you review the Vidyo compatibility matrix for on-premises which includes information about Non-Anchor releases.
